Graphic Artists and Volunteers Tracking Sheet:
Sheet contained assignment outlines, affiliated links, categorization labels, deadlines, hyperlinks for resources, conditional formatting etc.
Volunteers would work directly with this sheet to have full understanding of scope of project.
Core Team Production Sheet:
Core team production sheet, outlined all production stages of pages, who was assigned, status and overall qualifiers of page.
Percentage bars coded into columns based on conditional formatting of each stage. Overall time and deadlines calculated and coded into a day tracker.
Core Team Master Links:
Hyperlink document for volunteers to easily access the page file they were looking for in our drive.
Accomplished by using an automatic file generator coded into Sheets.
